Before your appointment
Please make sure you've read these policies before booking.
Book online
Choose your service and time, answer a few consultation questions, and pay your deposit at checkout. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit is in.
Book a serviceBook by message
Message me on Instagram with your name and phone number, your desired date, time and service, and any inspo photos. Then send the deposit by e-transfer to kristinaminette@gmail.com to secure your booking. Once it's received, you'll get your appointment details and a link to the client consultation form, which must be filled out.
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied to your service. No deposit, no appointment.
Late arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled service, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-shows & cancellations
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. This helps us respect everyone's time and accommodate other clients.
Rescheduling
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. If you are feeling unwell or have any signs of illness, please let me know as soon as possible, within 12 hours, so we can reschedule.
No refunds
All services are strictly non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment and I will be more than happy to address them.
A home-based studio
As I am a home-based artist, I kindly ask that you respect my space and privacy. Please do not bring any additional guests to your appointment.
Pre-care & aftercare
Please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the best results and longevity of your service. Failure to do so may affect your final outcome.
